Pathway for Warriors is committed to supporting the whole veteran — mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, financially, and spiritually. Through our exclusive partnership with Open Ocean Health, Inc., brings specialized innovation through law, technology and risk taking to employer, employee benefits and medical insurances. With this strategic partnership, we will now be able to develop programs for participating veterans to access proactive wellcare tools designed to identify health risks early, provide personalized health insights, and connect them with integrated services that support long-term wellbeing.
Open Ocean Health adds a unique and proactive wellcare layer and specialized insurance alternatives exclusively to the Pathway for Warriors model. Their platform is designed to identify health risks early, deliver personalized health insights, and connects individuals with integrated services that support long-term wellbeing. For veterans in the Pathway for Warriors program, this can support earlier awareness, stronger engagement, and better navigation across the broader care ecosystem.

In response to this urgent threat, Pathway for Warriors’ primary focus is to launch a bold mission, deploying teams of highly trained military veterans into the field to track, capture, and remove these harmful species before they cause irreversible damage.
Drawing on their discipline, resilience, and tactical expertise, these veterans will be helping protect Florida’s natural heritage and restore balance to its endangered environments. Through hands-on training, veterans learn to combat invasive species, restore fragile ecosystems, and protect the state we all call home. At the same time, they gain skills, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Veteran Training
Pathway for Warriors recognizes that long-term stability requires more than short-term programs.
That’s why we partner with AmSkills, a respected Florida nonprofit workforce training organization, to provide veterans with hands-on training in high-demand skilled trades such as:
- Advanced manufacturing
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Heating and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Manufacturing
- Industrial Maintenance Technician
- and other industry-aligned technical programs
Support Services
Pathway for Warriors is committed to supporting veterans beyond their training and career placement by ensuring they have access to affordable, workforce-designed rental housing during the critical period immediately following graduation. This stable foundation allows each veteran to focus on succeeding in their new career without the burden of housing insecurity. Then, after sufficient time has passed and veterans have established themselves in their chosen fields, Pathway for Warriors will extend assistance for securing workforce-housing rental and home ownership, empowering them to build long-term stability and a strong future for themselves and their families.
